Onkyo Dockorder 7140 reel to reel tape recorder

Onkyo Dokorder 7140 reel to reel tape recorder with manual and 10 reels of recorded tape. Powers on and reels spin when the play button is held in, but play button does not hold in by itself. Lights come on for front and rear monitors. Otherwise untested. Used, please see pictures for condition.
